IDOX group's UNI-form and Plantech Land, People and Property solutions provide completely integrated and spatially enabled business administration systems to meet the needs of a range of local government departments. The available modules include Anti-Social Behaviour, Building Control, Contaminated Land, Environmental Health, Estates Management, Housing, Land Charges, Licensing, Planning, Revenues & Benefits and Trading Standards.

All modules are integrated with the IDOX BS7666 Certified Gazetteer Management System, therefore any activities undertaken within individual business areas are registered against the property, enabling a comprehensive history to be automatically maintained against any land parcel, property, trading premises or trader. Individual modules also automatically integrate with and update other related modules where appropriate, minimising the need for traditional telephone or face to face contact. The Land Charges module for example is able to integrate with all relevant modules in order to provide a completely automated CON29 response and LLC1 search.

As each module is also spatially enabled, this provides the essential additional capability of allowing users to understand, at a glance, precisely where issues exist and the complex relationships between one particular record set, eg licence applications and other related data sets, such as, noise complaints.

This "capture once" and "use many" philosophy is extended throughout the UNI-form and Plantech Land, Property and People solutions through the optional available extensions, such as IDOX Public Access range of Web Publishing solutions, the integrated IDOX Document Management solutions and the IDOX Mobile solutions.
