Plantech ACOLAID for Building Control incorporates an automatic fee checking module to calculate and track fee income. Our finance link module makes sure that invoice data is never duplicated. An on-line fee calculator is also available to allow members of the public to calculate their fees for any schedule of a building control application on the internet.

Time monitoring

Time, mileage, and costs associated with applications and inspections can be recorded. A link to Plantech ACOLAID for Time Monitoring allows this information to be automatically recorded in a central diary and timesheet system.

Mobile working

Whether used from a building site, or a railway station, IDOX group can offer field based officers secure access to case and inspection details via a mobile device to update the departments database in real time and view information they need.

On-line submissions

Full Plan Building Regs Applications can be submitted on the internet through our Building Control On-Line Submission Pages. The facility updates the back office Plantech ACOLAID system with submitted data and any attached documents. Plantech ACOLAID can also integrate with Submit-a-Plan to receive Building Control applications on-line.

This sub module will enable your department to:

Store names and addresses of multiple contacts.
Log Invoice details including the amount invoiced and the invoice number.
Facility to record Required Works.
Full documents facility to produce standard letters such as the s78 Emergency Works Notice.
Stores details of buildings to be demolished and produces Demolition Notices.
All records in the system are linked to the Plantech ACOLAID LPG and appear on the Site History for that property if accessed by Building Control officers, Planning officers, Land Charges officers or anyone with appropriate access rights.
