Publishing information on-line

Dedicated web pages display Plantech ACOLAID data relating to planning applications. The web pages exceed all the current Pendleton and Planning Delivery Grant requirements, and are level AA accessibility compliant.

Linking to any third party corporate EDMS system including Anite, Comino and Hummingbird or IDOX group's IDOX Software and Plantech ACOLLATE systems, planning related documents that are produced from Plantech ACOLAID can be automatically converted into PDFs and published to the council website without any manual intervention.

Web GIS integration

In accordance with PARSOL Standard 3.11, Plantech ACOLAID can provide two way links between Web GIS solutions and its On-Line Planning pages. Using a series of HTTP calls and either polygon or point data, users can open a Web GIS centred on a planning application or display the planning case details from the GIS.

e-Consultations

Email initiated consultations with embedded URL's take consultees to the exact case file, allowing consultee's comments to be uploaded into Plantech ACOLAID updating the original consultee record.

Committee Information On-Line

Specialised web pages for committee meetings display planning data, including the officers recommendation and recommended conditions, alongside thumbnail photos and images of an application site and plan.

Telecommunication Masts On-Line

IDOX group also supply an electronically managed Mast Register from the Plantech ACOLAID database for all Mast applications, including those which have been refused.
