Plantech ACOLAID LPG Import/Export

The LPG Import/Export program enables validation of the data in accordance with the validation rules published by the NLPG Hub. The program checks that records are valid and will report those that cannot be exported if they do not comply with BS7666 and NLPG validation rules.

LPG Import/Export enables all valid street and property records to be output as either 'Insert' or 'Status' records. 'Insert' records may then be inserted into another BS7666 compliant gazetteer system. The tool also allows the import of street and property data into the Plantech ACOLAID LPG. It can be used to import an entire data set of 'Insert' records to the database when setting up the gazetteer or to import change records on an ongoing basis.

Key product features

Data exchange with NLPG Hub – Where the Plantech ACOLAID LPG is the corporate gazetteer, the tool can be used to exchange imports and exports with the NLPG Hub. Export files sent to the Hub can also be applied to satellite gazetteers that are synchronised with the Plantech ACOLAID LPG.
Check status records – A 'status' data set can be compared wiht the Plantech ACOLAID LPG.
Update Plantech ACOLAID LPG from another gazetteer – Export files sent from the corporate LLPG to the NLPG Hub may also be applied to the Plantech ACOLAID LPG.
