With over 20 years experience in Environmental Services, Ukplanning's Business Consultant has pulled together a team of consultants to help councils improve service delivery on a fixed fee basis. The Consultancy team can help with any area of Planning or Building Control - policy formulation, business process re-design, or general advice.
Our development plan is driven by central government's drive towards the provision of ever-improving services with the Best Value framework. We have helped councils achieve their e-government targets consistently.
The Ukplanning Consultancy service's most recent commission was at the London Borough of Hillingdon. The team spent 20 days reviewing existing processes to deliver a recommendation report for Planning, Building Control and Land Charges.
The team
Our team is lead by an ex-Director of Planning, with The Development Control team being led an experienced ex-Development Control Manager with over 20 years experience.
All Ukplanning consultants are ex-local authority personnel with experience in all areas of planning work. They do not follow the theory of 'one solution fits all', but do endeavour to draw on their experiences to help address each council's individual needs.
