The system brings together information about applicants and the properties concerned, enabling users to build up useful demographic and housing stock profiles while assessing applications.
Assistance types
Various components of grants or loans, including mandatory and discretionary elements, materials costs and agency fees, can all be detailed, and amended separately. The system can record details of other forms of assistance, such as help with relocation or access to voluntary or other non-governmental organisations. A breakdown of the works requested and approved can be recorded, together with details of tenders received. The system also allows you to keep track of payments and warns you if you attempt to overpay.
Integrated processing and file management
The Acolaid system produces customisable correspondence, stores copies electronically, and provides customer contact information. Integrating fully with all other Acolaid modules, it contributes, and has access to, a comprehensive site history. Acolaid for Grants is compatible with reporting software such as Crystal Reports and provides a set of standard reports.
Customer service questionnaire
This optional form records feedback from customers, to help departments ascertain service levels and understand customer perception. This feature is available as an enhancement.
