Three levels of service to match your requirements

We offer different levels of project management service, depending on your circumstances and the complexity of the project in hand:

• Project Initiation - the minimum for all new Uniform> implementations, and recommended for upgrades too, this level of service is suitable if you have an experienced Project Manager within your own organisation.
• Project Co-ordination - after Project Initiation, this service offers ongoing support to your Project Manager, and is designed for more complex implementations.
• Project Management - tailored to meet your specific needs from start to finish, this level of service is ideal for very demanding implementations or if you don't have a Project Manager available within your organisation.
